Grow Chestnut Trees

Sprouting chestnut definitely needs patience.

First, get the blight-resistant chestnuts. “Blight” is a fungus disease and it killed about four billion American chestnut trees.

Get a plastic container and pour peat moss.

Moisten the peat moss.

Finally put it in the refrigerator. It is called “stratification.”

After about two months, take the container out of the refrigerator.

You will see the root.
