Brew Corn Tea

Here are the steps:

Step 1. Dry corn about a month after harvest.

Step 2. Rinse the corn kernels. 

Step 3. Light-roast them about 20 minutes till they turn dark brown.

Step 4. Add a handful of the roasted corns in about 2 quarts of water. 

Step 5. Boil it about 30 minutes and wait till all kernels sink to the bottom.

Corn tea has mild nutty & sweet flavor. Try it.
