Deep Fried Sugar Glazed Sweet Potatoes
After the first bountiful sweet potato harvest, I made “Mattang.” It’s deep-fried sugar glazed sweet potato.
Step 1. Wash sweet potatoes.
Step 2. Slice them into small chunks.
Step 3. Fry them.
Step 4. Add vegetable oil & sugar on a heated pan.
Step 5. Add the sweet potato chunks when the sugar melts. Coat them with the sugar.
